The Ekiti State Police Command has appealed to members of the public for information that could assist in locating Adebiyi Kehinde Adeola, a 100-level student of Bamidele Olumilua University of Science and Technology (BOUESTI).
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Abutu Sunday, said in a statement on Friday that Adeola left his residence in Abete area of Ikere-Ekiti on July 3 and had not returned.
Sunday said all efforts by the missing student’s relatives and friends to locate him had so far proved abortive.
According to him, Adeola is 21 years old, about 1.69 metres tall, light in complexion, has no tribal mark and speaks English and Yoruba fluently.
He said the command had commenced investigation to unravel the student’s whereabouts.
The PPRO urged anyone with useful information on Adeola’s whereabouts to report to the nearest police station or call 09064050086.
