FG Declares Public Holiday to Honour Buhari

The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Tuesday ,July 15 ,2025 to honour the late former president, Mohammadu Buhari , who passed away on Sunday

The announcement was made on Monday by the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, following approval from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This declaration is in addition to the seven days of national mourning previously ordered by President Tinubu.
