The Wife of the Ekiti State Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji, has congratulated Muslim faithful in the state on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.

Oyebanji, in a goodwill message made available to journalists in Ado-Ekiti, described Eid-el-Fitr as a significant spiritual milestone reflecting the values of sacrifice, patience, love and generosity demonstrated during Ramadan.

She noted that the festive period provides an opportunity for renewed commitment to faith, compassion for others and peaceful coexistence within communities.

The First Lady expressed optimism that the lessons learnt during Ramadan would continue to influence positive behaviour and contribute to the overall development of Ekiti State.

She called on Muslims and residents of the state to sustain the spirit of unity and harmony, stressing that collective efforts were essential for growth and prosperity.

Oyebanji also prayed that the celebration would usher in peace, happiness and abundant blessings to homes across the state.

She wished all Muslim faithful a joyous and fulfilling Eid-el-Fitr celebration. (NAN)
