In a significant step towards fostering eco-friendly practices and sustainable development, a non-governmental organization, Triple G Eco Revival Solutions, has announced a partnership with the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development.
The collaboration aims to promote advocacy for eco-tourism development, sustainable waste management, and cleaner, healthier living practices within the state.
According to a release signed by Mr Peculiar Ekiran on behalf of the Bureau, The founder of TGED Foundation, Ms Seyi Ebenezer along with key members of the non-governmental organization (NGO), recently paid a courtesy visit to the Director-General of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development, Ambassador Wale Ojo Lanre Esq. During the meeting, various initiatives and strategies were discussed to integrate environmentally conscious practices into the state’s tourism engagements.
Seyi Ebenezer expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Ekiti State has immense potential for eco-friendly tourism, and we are excited to join hands with the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development to unlock this potential. Our goal is to create awareness about sustainable practices, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment for both residents and visitors.”
The partnership will focus on several key areas, including advocacy for eco-tourism development, implementing sustainable waste management strategies, and promoting cleaner and healthier lifestyles among residents and visitors alike with the aim of branding Ekiti State as the ‘Cleanest State’ in Nigeria.
Both organizations recognized the importance of preserving the natural beauty of Ekiti State while fostering economic growth through responsible tourism.
Ambassador Wale Ojo Lanre, the DG of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development, expressed his appreciation for the initiative and highlighted the potential positive impact on the state’s tourism sector.

As part of their joint efforts, Triple G Eco Revival Solutions and the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development will organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and community engagement programs to educate the public about the importance of eco-friendly practices and tourism
