The Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Mrs Olayemi Oyebanji on Thursday decorated four newly promoted Police officers attached to her office.
The decoration, which was done with the assistance of the State Commissioner of Police, Mr Emmanuel Ogundare, took place at the office of the first lady, in Ado-Ekiti.
The first lady said ” i have the privilege of adorning some of my security aides with the emblem of their well-deserved promotions. This occasion evoked strong emotions within me because my aides are akin to members of my own family, and their career advancement hold significant meaning.” She said.
Dr Oyebanji said that the fact that they achieved such milestones while serving under her guidance brings her immense satisfaction.
She said the promotions serve as testament to their unwavering dedication and professionalism.
She congratulated the police officers and pray that their new positions would mark the commencement of greater accomplishments in their respective lives.
