‎Govt College Ado Alumni Association celebrates 20th Anniversary

…Renovates School Clinic
‎
‎The 2005 set of Ekiti State Government College Ado Ekiti has celebrated her 20th Anniversary with the commissioning of the school sick bay which was renovated by the set.
‎
‎Speaking at the event, the Alumni Global President, Engr. Olalekan Olowe who was represented by the National Vice President, Mr Abiodun Akanle described the 2005 set as trailblazer and pace setter being the first set to mark 20th Anniversary with a project in the school.
‎
‎He further described the action as a rare show of love and patriotism to the alma mater; noting that the commendable effort is worthy of emulation by other sets.
‎
‎In his address, the 2005 set Coordinator, Mr. Ayodele Ajofoyinbo said the project which cost nearly one million Naira was borne out of the set’s passion for students’ welfare.
‎
‎Mr. Ajofoyinbo further charged the school to take ownership of all Alumni projects and imbibe good maintenance culture.
‎
‎Responding, the school principal Mrs Morenike Odeyemi appreciated the 2005 set for giving back to their Alma mater and assured that the school would make good use of the renovated health facility.
‎
‎The project covers carpentry work, electricals, painting and procurement of fans, mattresses, bed spreads, curtains, infusion stands, first aid box, crep bandages, cotton wool, plaster, iodine, needles and syringes, among others.
